Why is this releasing as a timed Xbox One exclusive? Not only can it be an game, MMO players don’t typically play on consoles, and Xbox One is at end of life. None of this makes sense. Hopefully PC release can allow it to recover from what I expect to PSO2 Meseta be a dead launch. I was really looking forward to this I’m concerned it’ll be dead on arrival.
Where you’re getting your premises from mMOs really do very well on consoles, so I do not understand. But anyway from what I hear MS is helping with servers that is why it’s an Xbox/Windows 10 exclusive. To add for this, pso2 is amazingly really nice to play a controller so it is going to fit well with most people.I was amazed how well final fantasy xiv functioned on console. They made the control work incredibly well. It worked so well that when I shifted to computer I kept with a controller for nearly all of my gameplay.
Skills was much quicker and simpler, for me using. I can only comfortably reach 1-4 – maybe 5 if I stretch – onto a computer keyboard. Does not really surprise me since FFXI was originally started on console afterward PC (in Japan), it was obviously constructed around the controller because the computer keyboard controls were dreadful, so I envision despite the truth XIV launch on PC first, they likely kept console controllers in head first while actually making the PC controls not dreadful.
I will really only pull with FFXIV out of my experience and understand the great majority. I know that the PS4 includes a user base than Xbox One, especially in regards to people who wish to play JRPGs. It’s not Phantasy Star Online 2 being Xbox/Windows 10 exclusive which I’m concerned about, it’s that Phantasy Star Online 2 is starting as a timed Xbox exclusive. Which hurts the launch popularity and population of Phantasy Star Online 2. Being an MMO population is pretty crucial to the success of it. Timed-exclusives are usually done for the interest of games sales, however, I don’t imagine Phantasy Star Online 2 will be pushing console sales for a couple reasons, the vast majority of people that are interested in Phantasy Star Online 2 probably already have a PC to play it on cheap Phantasy Star Online 2 Meseta after timed exclusive interval is finished, and the console is currently at end of existence.
